Introduction Of Bacteria Cell Centrifuge
The bio-pharmaceutical centrifuge is specially designed for biochemical processes such as bacteria and cell harvesting or concentration, bacteria concentration, broth clarification and the separation of cell debris. Although many types of centrifuge are available, the efficient precipitation of small particles of cell debris can be difficult, sometimes near-impossible. But this kind of centrifuge made by our company has a very high separation effect because of its high rotating speed which can reach 16000 rev/min and its specific design.
The machine is of satisfactory efficiency in separation, high purity in the liquid phase, and low light-phase resided in the solid after separation.
This kind of tubular centrifuge make the bioprocess of fermentation, isolation and purification processes for bacterial products from laboratory to industrial production. We also can equip the cooling system to the machine to keep the biological activity.
Technical parameters
GF model: Liquid with big density forms the outer liquid circle, while liquid with small density forms the inner
circle. Then liquid will flow out of the upper outlet accordingly, and those little solid will be deposited on the drum
wall, and be removed by manual after machine stops.
GQ model: Solid particles with big density are gradually deposited on the drum's inner wall, and forms sediment
layer, after machine is stopped, is removed by manual. While the clarified liquid flows out through the outlet on
the upper of the drum.
