RPDR302 type separator is mainly composed of in and out device, drum, vertical shaft, belt transmission mechanism, frame  motor, etc.Set the separate materials into the rotary drum disc group , Using the different density of liquid, liquid and solid in centrifugal field obtained a different centrifugal force to separate the material .Material in the drum light phase containing heavy components increased gradually from inside to outside .The centripetal pump output lighter liquid , impurities between piston and drum cover (drum max diameter) is piling up in the separation process .When impurities accumulated full of deposition chamber ,stop the machine, open the in and out device, the machine cover, drum cover .Discharge the slag by manual.
 
Application Scope:

Dairy separator: skim milk or clarify milk (out of solid impurities). Small separation machine is hand-driven, artificial discharge, suitable for pastoral herdsmen's home use ; large separators for industrial production, electric drive, automatic or artifical discharge.
